Technical Information
Medium weight through fixing for use in solid or hollow – brickwork, blockwork, concrete, hollow core concrete and wood. Idea for installing door and window frames made from either UPVC, aluminium or wood, also for electrical fittings, wooden battens, radiator brackets, kitchen unit brackets, and channel support systems. Service temperature range from -50 to +135 degrees celsius.

These masonry screws have a blue ruspert coating. This is a high quality, corrosion-resistant coating that is comprised by three layers; metal zinc, a chemical conversion film (to resist corrosion), and a ceramic surface that is baked

This unique style of screw requires no plug as it cuts its own thread, when inserted into a pre-drilled hole of correct diameter (5mm).

Application
It is suited for fixing medium and heavy loads on solid and hollow supports such as stone, concrete, aerated concrete, solid and hollow bricks. For use with special application or silicone gun and static mixers.

Technical Data
A plastic cartridge containing a base resin consisting of polyester resins, volatile organic compounds and inert fillers in a paste form. Used as a bonding agent for solid and hollow supports. Polyester Resin is suitable for use in concrete, solid and perforated bricks, lightweight and aggregate blocks in a wide range of applications. When cured the resin is chemically resistant, vibration proof and used where stress free or close to edge fixing is required. Certification includes the application for flooded bore holes.

Technical Data
A high quality bonded anchor for high performance based on Vinylester Resin (styrene free), CE Option 1 approved for applications on concrete in dry or flooded holes. Certified for applications with threaded bars class 5.5, 8.8, stainless steel and reinforced bars. Also suited for applications on wood, it gives safe fixing and high load values on semi-solid and hollow supports. This resin has higher upper and lower service temperature limits than conventional polyester resins. Not classified as hazardous, it is non-flammable and low odour. It has excellent adhesion, high strength, it is corrosion resistant, chemical resistant and is suitable for overhead use.
