1 Hole Band Washer for 12/14mm CS Bolt- SCB06

Technical Information
Designed to take 12/14 CS Bolt, the washers act as load spreading devices. The band washers themselves do not receive any shear loads. As the shear load is applied to the band it creates a rotational force through the heel of the bracket. This in turn creates a tensile “pull-out” action on the top fixing and creates compression on the bottom fixing. The band washer itself only receives tensile load actions, between the head of the bolt and the curve of the plate. All shear forces are transferred directly by the band pressing down on the shank of the anchor bolt.

The washers are batch tested and MPI inspected for ultimate performance.

50mm Box Section Handrail Bracket – SCB60

Technical Information
The SCB60 has four 14mm diameter fixing holes (for CS Bolts) and four 8mm diameter fixing holes (for self drill screws), with a welded 50x50mm box section (150mm long). It can be used as a scaffold restraint bracket for punching scaffolding tubes vertically from a solid base material. Made from zinc plated mild steel.

Technical Information
A Steel Zinc Plated scaffold tube 48mm in diameter and 470mm long welded with a right angle tube 170mm long. This product is designed for connecting scaffolding to an SCR ring bolt or similar size eye.

Angle Hook Coupler – SCB21

Technical Information
With the new NASC/ TG4 guidance note advising against the use of Drop in Anchors in Brick, Block, Aircrete etc – this fitting is a modern day solution. The hook coupler allows a connection to all types of substrates with a variety of fixing types.
