Returns and Cancellation
In the event that you are not happy with your order please contact our Sales Office directly giving as much detail as possible about the item and relevant document or transaction ID. Discrepancies should be notified with 14 days.

If the item that has been supplied is wrong, not to standard, damaged or broken under warranty - no charge will be made for returning the item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement of the same item.
You may return most new, unopened items sold by us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch without charge. Any funds paid in advance will be refunded in full.
Returns are not permitted without a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). A copy of the return authorisation must be attached securely to the box. All items returned should be in their original packing otherwise a handling charge may be applied. If you require us to collect the item - the cost of return carriage may also be charged depending on the reason, locality, costs etc.
