Mechanical Anchors
Mechanical anchors are fastening systems designed for secure, high-performance attachment into concrete, brick, or other solid base materials. Unlike chemical anchors, mechanical anchors rely on physical expansion and friction to hold a fixture in place. They are often preferred in applications where immediate load bearing is needed or where the use of resins is impractical due to temperature or curing time constraints. These anchors are commonly used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects for tasks ranging from light-duty installations to heavy structural anchoring.
Blind Bolts
Blind bolts are innovative fasteners specifically designed for applications where access is limited to one side of the material—commonly referred to as “blind” installations. These bolts are ideal for hollow sections, steel structures, or other areas where traditional through-bolting is not feasible. The blind bolt expands internally during installation, creating a secure hold from a single side.
Drop-In Anchors
Drop-in anchors are internally threaded expansion anchors used primarily in concrete for medium to heavy-duty applications. They are installed by drilling a pre-set hole, inserting the anchor, and then using a setting tool to expand the internal sleeve against the walls of the hole. This expansion secures the anchor in place and provides a strong base for bolts or threaded rods.
Spare Expander Sleeve
A spare expander sleeve is a key component used in conjunction with mechanical anchors to restore or maintain anchoring performance when the original sleeve is damaged or worn. It is designed to expand within the hole during the installation process, creating the mechanical grip necessary for load transfer.
